The apartment is conveniently located in the vibrant and exiting center of Nice but in the same time is very close to the sea. It is situated in a quiet street, just 3 blocks, (about 300 meters) from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches, and just 500 meters from the famous Hotel Negresco and the Palais Massena. La cite de la Buffa, the biggest covered market in the center of Nice is only 100 meters away. It has over 40 stalls, selling top quality produce and wide range of local specialties. All the attractions of Nice are within the walking distance, with convenient bus routes running in the next street – a car is definitely not needed.

	The enchanting surrounding area is known as Fleur. Our beautiful house no 15 is located in the quiet and secluded street lined with orange trees, and you can recognize it by the ornate dark blue columns, decorated with orange sculptures at the entrance. You enter the building through tall double doors into mirrored lobby and turn to your right. This is very spacious, light and sunny apartment with high ceilings and generous sized rooms. It has been professionally renovated throughout to high standard. All the furniture and furnishings, and the kitchen appliances are in good condition. There is an entry phone system.
	From the small entrance hall you came into a lovely sitting room with beautiful tiled floors. There is a big sofa, which seats three, or sleeps one. There is a coffee table, a cassette player/radio, and a Television, should you have time to watch it .There is an elegant standing lamp next to the sofa. There is a fully fitted kitchen “americaine” off the sitting room.
	The kitchen is equipped with 2 fridge/freezers, four-ring halogen electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. You will find huge amount of cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans in the kitchen units. It has 2 sinks and table witch seats 4. There is a large window looking into the garden. An iron and the ironing board are provided.
	From the front door and turning right, there is a large, beautifully fitted bathroom with the window, Jacuzzi, shower facilities, and 2 wash basins and a washing machine. Both the toilet and the bathroom can be accessed without disturbing the other occupants. There is a central heating system, if you should ever need it.
	Bedroom One has a large double-glazed window with a view into our private garden. It has a double bed with beautiful bedspread and a large wardrobe. There is also a small writing desk and a chair near the window, which has beautiful bright curtains.
	The second bedroom has double-glazed French doors opening into our beautiful garden. There are 2 very comfortable single beds made from oak with beautiful bedspreads. There is a wardrobe and a table with chairs and also an elegant standing lamp in the room.
	But what is specially appealing about this ground floor apartment is that it has its own delightful and totally secluded private mature patio garden, measuring approximately 50 square meters. It has beautiful wooden decking and trellises. It also has a large fig tree, a gorgeous palm tree, and rhododendrons, lavender, vine and is equipped with outdoor tables, chairs and triple swing chair with comfortable cushion– real heaven. You have a unique opportunity to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the shadow of the fig tree and the palm in your private garden, in the very center of Nice.

Everything is arranged for your convenience: the bus from airport stops just around the corner. The most popular restaurants of Nice are in the vicinity. There are numerous delightful shops and busling street markets nearby, full of deluxe shopping and great bargains. Restaurants, bars and brassieres are available at every turn, with its unforgettable ambiance. Every thing you could ever want for the trip of a life time!

Our authorized representative in Nice will hand over the keys from this apartment to you for the period of your stay. For you and those who arrive with your recommendation, I can offer the special introducing price of 750 Euro p.w. week during the majority of the year or 950 Euro p.w. for any period from the beginning of June until the end of September.

If you send visitors for three or more weeks to my new apartment, I will be glad to offer you a week free of charge any time between November and end of January, according to availability (excluding Christmas and New Year).
