Booking Conditions
1. The given contract of rent for the premises mentioned below is valid only for the hirer(s) mentioned below and only during the period which is specified, this under the French jurisdiction. The hirer(s) are responsible for their own travel arrangements and are obliged to purchase comprehencive travel/holiday insurance, which should include the responsibility of the third party. This condition is compulsory for the reservation of this premise according to the Travel Regulations in the EU.
2. Hirer(s) recognize, that Owners of the premises, their Agents or Employees do not carry any responsibility for any accident, should it happen to the hirer(s), their visitors, for loss or damage caused to their personal things or belongings.
3. Owners are exempted from indemnification if the premises become inaccessible as a result of any unforeseen circumstances. There is a maximum refund available, which depends on the size of the rent paid by the hirer(s). We will also assist with finding alternative accommodation for the Hirers.
4. Under no circumstances, the responsibility of the Owner will be higher than the sum of the rent paid by the Hirers.
5. Hirers are obliged to check in advance that style, type, quality and a size of premises is corresponding to their purposes and requirements. The information on the property can be found on the website and can also include subjective opinions. French standards are used in the description.
6. Hirer(s) are responsible for any damage which occurs during their stay as a result of accident or negligence, and are obliged to replace or pay for the damage/breakages . If you are unable to replace damaged items, you should inform the owners immediately, so that the owners may guarantee the next Hirers will receive completely equipped premise. Cost of necessary repair, replacement, etc. will be paid by you. We requrie 25% of total rental cost as returnable Damage Deposit .
7. If the behaviour of the hirer(s) or members of their party, or their visitors is liable to result in damage, injury or danger to a third party, we reserve the right to terminate the contract at our discretion or based on information from officials. In such a case the hirer(s) are required to vacate the premises immediately without recourse.
8. The hirer(s) are obliged to request preliminary written approval of owners if they intend to organize celebrations in the premises or intend to use it for business. If Hirers shall not comply with these regulations, the contract may be terminated due to breach of agreement. Please, pay attention, to ensure good maintenance of the property, animals are not permitted in the premises.
9. Owners accept responsibility for key safety and the safety and maintenance of the premises only after the return of keys from the premises by the Hirer(s). Keys should be returned to the owners or their emploees immediately at the end of the hirer(s) stay. It is valid to note that the responsibility for the property shall not be transferred to the owners whilst the keys are still in the possession of the hirer(s).
10. The premise is accessible from 16.00pm on day of arrival and should be released (exempted) in a clean and tidy condition at 11.00am on the day of departure. Hirer(s) are obliged to dispose of waste products and to ensure that the apartment is in the same state of cleanliness as when the hirer(s) first arrived. All
Bed linen is supplied and kitchen and bath towels and bath mats are provided.
11. The deposit, at a rate of 30 % from full cost of rent must be paid 2 months before your arrival. In case of cancellation, the deposit is not subject to return (except for cases described in point 3. Please, take into account, that if the payment is not completely received within 2 months prior to your arrival, the order is considered void and the accommodation is open to re-rent. Owners do not send reminders, therefore we ask the hirer(s) to supervise the schedule of payments under the contract.
12. Filling the folowing forms means the hirer(s) consent with conditions of the contract.
To complete the order please make two copies of these forms, retaining one for your personal notice. Then send the other paired together with your deposit to the owner. The hirer(s) will receive a written acknowledgement on acceptance of their order, sent by mail/e-mail. Orders are accepted when the owner receives the deposit and hirers receive a confirmation.

Please print out two copies of these booking forms after direct conversation with the owner and achieving a confirmation that the accomodation is free during the period which the hirer(s) wish, then send this form to the owner by mail or a fax.
