Nice is a city that wiil astonish you for its personality and dynamism , its liveliness by day and night , its passion for art and culture.</p>
<p class="Nice">This Nice apartment is situated close the the main Nice railway station and you can explore the French Riviera by train visiting such places as Cannes , Monte Carlo and Monnaco or explore th French Alps to the north of the city. Also close by is the Port of Nice with regular ferry services to places like Corsica.</p>
<p class="Nice">Nice airport is only a 10 minute taxi ride away and is one of the busiest airports in France and there are daily fights by budget airlines like easijet from London , Glasgow and Edinburgh. Flyglobespan Airline fly 3 flights a week to Nice and 2 flights from Glasgow. The flight time from Edinburgh and Glasgow is 2 hours and 20 minutes. Add another 10 minutes to get to the apartment by taxi and collect the keys - and five minutes later you can be sitting on the beach! The location of this apartment is ideal.</p>
<p class="Nice">The apartment has a very pleasant living room together with colour television and video. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and is south facing overlooking the garden. It is very peacefull and quiet with the only sound in the morning being the sound of birds singing in the garden. The second bedroom also faces the garden and has a single bed and full length French windows leading into the garden.<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, 4-ring hob, microwave, electric kettle and there is a washing machine. The bathroom has bath/jacusi and shower ,wash basin, vanity unit and toilet. The apartment has central heating.</SPAN></p>
<p><SPAN class="Nice" style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">The garden is south facing and has wooden decking and is surrounded with trees , ivy and wild vines. <U1:P>At the foot of the garden is a fig tree and a covered swing seat. It is quite unbeleivable that this beautiful garden is only five minutes walk form the noise and busstle of central Nice and five minute walk to the beach and the Mediteranean.
