The Averon Guest House has a total of 14 rooms of which 8 are en-suite. The rooms are located on the ground and first floor. There is a mixture of double,  twin, family and single rooms. The rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard and the rooms are all centrally heated.

La Casa del Huésped de Averon tiene 14 habitaciones de las cuales 8 tienen su propio baño. Las habitaciones se situan en la planta baja y el primer piso. Hay diferentes tipos de habitaciones: con cama doble, dos camas individuales, habitaciones para las familias y individuales. Los cuartos estan decorados y amueblados a un alto estándar y todos los cuartos tienen calefaccion central.

Some have a view to the rear of the guest house which has a beautiful Walled garden which dates back from 1750 and is stocked with numerous herbs and fruit trees and is a peaceful haven which guests are invited to use and relax after a busy day around the city.

Algunos tienen una vista a la parte trasera de la casa de huésped que tiene un jardín "Amurallado", muy hermoso, que data de 1750 y que contiene numerosas hierbas y árboles frutales. Es un refugio pacífico que los huéspedes pueden utilizar para relajarse después de un día ocupado alrededor la ciudad.

Check in and out: Guests can check in at any time and the latest check out time  on departure is 10.30am, although it is possible to change these times by prior arrangement.

Entrada y salida : Los huéspedes pueden entrar en cualquier momento y la ulti,a hora para dejar la habitacion es 10.30am, aunque es posible cambiar esta hora con previo aviso.

Room Facilities: All rooms have colour television and tea making facilities. Disabled Guests: Although not fully equipped for the disabled, some bedrooms are situated on the ground floor together with the dining room.

Instalaciones de las habitaciones: Todos tienen una televisión en color y usted puede hacer té.Huéspedes minusvalidos : Aunque no estamos completamente equipadados para los minusvalidos, algunos dormitorios estan situados en el planta baja junto con el comedor.

Parking - To the rear of the guest house is the car park which offers secure parking for the duration of your stay.

Aparcamiento - En la parte trasera de la casa de huésped hay un aparcamiento que les aseguran un estacionando seguro durante su estancia.

Location - Central Edinburgh close to Edinburgh castle and all the main tourist sights incuding all the main galleries, museums , and the historic Old town.

La ubicación - Centro de Edimburgo, cerca del castillo de Edimburgo y tambien de los sitos turisticos principales como todas las galerías principales, los museos, y el histórico Old Town.
