Our family run, friendly 6 bedroom Guest House is ideally situated in the heart of Aberdeen. Within easy walking distance of cinemas, bars, restaurants, shops, theatre, the harbour and Duthie Park Winter Garden, Europes largest indoor garden. The beach is only a short bus journey away or you can walk there in approx. 30
minutes. Only 10-12 minutes from both bus and rail stations.

Directions
From both Bus & Rail Stations - Turn left and cross the Railway Bridge. Then turn left onto College Street, turn right onto Wellington Place, which is the second road on your right. Go straight on, Springbank Terrace is on the other side of the traffic lights at Crown Street. Go along Springbank Terrace and cross the next set of traffic lights at Bon-Accord Street. Aberdeen Nicoll's Guest House is on the left side of Springbank Terrace after the traffic lights at Bon-Acord Street. (approximately a 12-minute walk)
From the A90 (South) - As you come into Aberdeen, cross the River Dee by the first bridge. Across the bridge, you come to a roundabout (you will see the 'Asda' Superstore in front of you), turn right and go round the roundabout then turn left onto Holburn Street. (The last road on your left) Travel up Holburn Street until you come to another roundabout, you will see a Pub called the 'Holburn Bar' in front of you on the right side of the road. Go round the roundabout, and take the first road on your left (at the Pub Car Park) the Hardgate. (If you miss this turn, you can take the next road on your left, Albury Road) Travel up the Hardgate, (or Albury Road) until you come to a 'T' junction, turn right, that takes you onto Springbank Terrace. Aberdeen Nicoll's Guest House is mid-terrace Before the traffic lights at Bon-Accord Street. There is no right turn at the traffic lights on Holburn Street onto Willowbank Road.
From the A93 (East) - The road into Aberdeen takes you on to Great Western Road. At the end of this road there is a set of traffic lights with Holburn Street, go straight across, onto Willowbank Road. Springbank Terrace is a continuation of Willowbank Road. Aberdeen Nicoll's Guest House is mid-terrace before the next set of traffic lights at Bon-Accord Street.
From all other directions - please go to Union Street, Aberdeen's main street. Turn off Union Street into Bon-Accord Street. At the traffic lights at the bottom of the hill, turn right onto Springbank Terrace. Aberdeen Nicoll's Guest House is on the left, half way along the last part of Springbank Terrace.

- Children over the age of 12 are charged as adults.
Check In / Check Out
- You may check in from 12:00 hours onwards.
- You must check out by 10:00 hours.
Cancellations
- Bookings must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date.
- In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged
Payment - We accept
A credit card is required as a guarantee not as a way of payment. If the booking is not cancelled within 1 day of the arrival date, a late cancellation charge of 50% of the full cost of the booking will be taken. Cards accepted - Visa Access, Delta, Mastercard, Eurocard & JCB. Children's rates only apply when accompanied by two full paying adults.
Pets are welcome by arrangement.
Guests are welcome to arrive any time after midday for occupancy of rooms. If preferred, an earlier arrival time can be arranged for dropping off luggage and collecting room keys. We ask you to notify us in advance of your travel arrangements and estimated time of arrival, as we try to arrange our shopping trips around these times. Guest who wish to arrive later then 9.00pm are requested to notify us in advance.
We request that on the day of departure, bedrooms be vacated by 10.00am to enable them to be serviced.
You are welcome to leave your luggage if you wish, and collect if later on in the day.
